Do you think I mean by “superior” anything other than “better”? Haven’t I been telling you all along that I say the better and the superior are the same? Or do you think I mean that if a rabble of slaves and people of every sort gets together, worth nothing except perhaps for being stronger in body, and they make pronouncements, those very pronouncements are laws?
