CalliclesBy the gods, I do desire to. Tell me, Socrates, are we to put you down as in earnest now, or as joking? For if you are in earnest, and these things you say happen to be true, isn’t it that the life of us human beings would be turned upside down, and that we are doing, as it seems, everything the opposite of what we should?
